WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS?

- Royal Mail 1st class delivery: from £5.00
- Prints larger than 12"x9" will be packed in packets which incur additional postal charges by the Royal Mail. Prints above a 16?x12? will be rolled and shipped in tubes.
- Courier next day delivery: from £7.50
- Prices exclude VAT, charged at standard rate.


IS THERE AN ADMIN CHARGE IF I COLLECT MY PRINTS FROM THE LAB?

No, there is no additional charge for collecting from the lab. Please note that orders must have a minimum value of £5.00.


WHAT ARE YOU OPENING HOURS?

Monday – Thursday: 08:30 – 17:30
Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
If you intend to visit our lab to collect your print, our address, Colorworld, Unit 2 Cumberland Road, North Shields, Tyne & Wear, NE29 8RD.


HOW DO I ORDER MY PRINTS

Customers can order competitively priced prints as follows:
- Photo prints up to 18"x12" can be ordered here
- Large prints up to 20"x16" and up can be ordered here
- Fine Art prints can be ordered here


CAN I ORDER MY Colorworld Express PRINTS AT THE LAB?

Unfortunately, in order to offer the best possible prices, all orders must be placed on this website. Images sent to Colorworld by post on disc, will be treated as Colorworld Imaging orders. Please contact us for a Colorworld Imaging Price List.


WHAT FORMAT DO YOU REQUIRE MY FILES TO BE IN?

We ask our customers to colour correct their images ahead of sending them, files are required in sRGB or Adobe 98 jpeg format. There is no need to size your images as our production system will manage that for you.


CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE I HAVE PLACED IT?

To offer the best possible prices, once the order has been placed unfortunately there is no intervention and the order can’t be amended. The only exception to this is the delivery address. In order to change the delivery address please contact us on 0191 2596926 or on:

CAN YOU COLOUR CORRECT OUR IMAGES?

As part of Colorworld Express, we do not colour correct any images, this is due to the nature of our business of delivering a quick service. If you require a colour correction service, please contact us for our Colorworld Imaging Price List.


WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU PRINT ON?

Lustre and Gloss prints are printed on Fuji Crystal Archive DPII professional paper. Metallic prints are printed on Kodak Endura Metallic paper.


CAN YOU PRINT CUSTOM SIZES?

Custom print sizes are only available by contacting us for further details first.


WHAT ARE YOUR NORMAL TURMAROUND TIMES?

If ordered by 1pm, prints will be sent out either Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery, of if you require next day delivery, our Courier Service would be recommended.


I'M HAVING TROUBLE PLACING ORDERS, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

CAN I ORDER ON MAC OR PC?

This website is compatible with both Mac and PC.


DO YOU LOSE ANY OF THE IMAGE WHEN YOUR PRINT?

Our machines do crop roughly 2-3mm when printed, so please ensure if your adding images or text close to the edges allow a little extra to avoid any of the print from being cropped. Unfortunately, we can’t check your images for cropping before we print, so it is essential that you take care of this before placing your order.


DO YOU OFFER A FREE TEST PRINT SERVICE?

Due to the low cost of our prints, we do not offer a free test print service.
